1. The Need

1.  Maturity in Christians, could call it Biblical maturity.  Meeting the need for Christians to Know God Better.  Creating a regular environment that facilitates knowing God better from the Bible, prayer and Christian fellowship. Bible Based

2. Holy Spirit is the Teacher

2.  Christians grow to know God better by acknowledging the Holy Spirit as the teacher. He uses people He has called, who make themselves available.  This creates an environment where there is always plenty of food for Christ’s sheep.  He has said the Comforter will always be with us, to lead us into all truth. Bible Based

3. Jesus is in Charge

3.  How do we get away from the concept of a church being a building or a place?  The church is a group of people scattered all over the world that are listening to Jesus as the Head of the Church. Bible Based

4. Know Him Better

4.  How do we recognize the head of the body’s instructions?  By getting to know him better, through the knowledge of God and our Lord Jesus Christ. Bible Based

5. Harvest is Ready

5.  Why Harvest?  The call to pray for laborers to go into the fields and harvest, fields are ready, people are hungry, lonely, searching.  Nothing has been able to fill the emptiness that they feel, not even churches and their programs.

They have a sense that God has the answers but they can’t find these answers.  When they try again to hear from God, they must leave with a sense that God has spoken to them.  They must take with them something, almost anything, that they know was from the Bible, God’s Words. Bible Based

6. All are Teachers

6.  Yes laborers means making teachers. We should all be preparing as teachers.

Bible Based

7. Power of the Word

7.  The Bible has God's authority and power behind it and that guarantees that it does work.

Bible Based

8. We Will be Changed

8.  Getting to know Him better will change lives.  Seeing His face, His nature, what He is like, and we will never be the same.  This change is a lifetime process, we never "arrive" until we join Him in Heaven. Bible Based
